Every week, Callum & Co's team assembled reports by hand. Pulling numbers from one platform, writing commentary in another, formatting everything for a third. The reporting process consumed an entire day - and delivered something that was already slightly out of date by the time it landed.
Diagnosis

Build
We built an AI-powered reporting system that pulled live data, generated written summaries, and formatted outputs ready to send. Each report triggered on schedule, populated with current numbers, and drafted with context the team could review and approve in minutes rather than hours.
Outcome
Weekly reporting went from a full day to under twenty minutes. The team stopped producing reports and started reviewing them. Clients received faster, more consistent updates - and the quality went up, not down. The system now runs across four report types with a fifth in build.
